Glowgramm is a community for beauty professionals and enthusiasts. Treat everyone with respect and kindness. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or threatening behavior will not be tolerated. We're here to celebrate beauty and creativity, not to spread negativity.

Be Authentic

Use your real identity and be yourself. Fake accounts, impersonation, and misleading profiles undermine trust in our community. Our verification system exists to help professionals establish their genuine credentials, and all users should represent themselves honestly.

Content Standards

Share content that is appropriate for our community. Do not post:

• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Harmful, dangerous, or sexually exploitative material
• Content that violates the rights of others (copyright, privacy, etc.)
• Graphic violence or disturbing imagery unrelated to beauty services
• Misleading or deceptive content, including fake before/after transformations

Our AI content moderation system reviews posts for compliance, and our admin team enforces these standards.

Fair Marketplace Conduct

Honesty builds trust. Reviews should be based on genuine experiences with completed bookings. Our Verified Transformations system ensures that reviews are tied to real appointments. Do not post fake reviews, manipulate ratings, or leave reviews for services you haven't actually received.

Professional Conduct

For verified beauty professionals:

• Honor your booking commitments and communicate promptly if changes are needed
• List services accurately with honest descriptions and real photos of your work
• Do not engage in bait-and-switch tactics—deliver what you promise
• Handle deposits and payments transparently according to your stated policies
• Maintain professional boundaries in all interactions with customers

Safety and Privacy

Protect your privacy and respect others'. Do not share personal information (addresses, phone numbers, private details) publicly. Do not engage in doxxing, stalking, or any behavior that makes others feel unsafe. Report any concerns through our support system.

No Spam or Manipulation

Don't clutter the community with spam, excessive self-promotion, or repetitive content. Our rate-limiting and anti-abuse systems detect and prevent automated spam. Authentic engagement is valued over artificial growth tactics.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it through our in-app reporting tools. Our admin moderation team reviews reports and takes appropriate action:

• Content removal: Violating posts may be removed
• Warnings: First-time or minor violations may result in a warning
• Account suspension: Repeated or serious violations may lead to temporary suspension
• Permanent ban: Severe violations or continued non-compliance may result in permanent account termination

We enforce these guidelines fairly and consistently. Appeals can be submitted through the Help & Support section.
