You must be at least 18 years old to use Glowgramm. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Protect your password and account access. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Glowgramm is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
Glowgramm is a booking and discovery marketplace that connects customers with beauty professionals. We provide the platform for professionals to showcase their services, portfolios, and for customers to discover, compare, and book appointments. Glowgramm is not a beauty professional and does not provide any services directly. All services are provided by independent professionals using our platform.
When you book an appointment through Glowgramm, you pay a deposit directly to the professional using manual UPI payment. Glowgramm does not process payments, store card or bank details, or act as an escrow service. The deposit is held by the professional according to their own no-show and cancellation policy, which you should review before booking.
Glowgramm provides the booking platform and facilitates the connection, but the service agreement is between you and the professional. Any disputes about services, deposits, or refunds should be resolved directly with the professional.
Glowgramm features a marketplace with two product tiers:
Glowgramm facilitates connections between professionals and brands for brand collaborations and sponsored posts. We provide the platform for these arrangements, but Glowgramm is not a party to the compensation agreements between professionals and brands. All terms of collaboration, payment, and deliverables are agreed upon directly between the parties involved.
You retain ownership of all content you post to Glowgramm, including photos, videos, transformations, and portfolio items. By posting content, you grant Glowgramm a license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform and related marketing materials. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on the rights of others.
You may not use Glowgramm to:
Glowgramm offers two verification tiers for professionals: Basic Verification and Premium Verification. Premium Verification includes ID document verification to establish identity. We use AI and human moderation to review content and enforce our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or permanently ban users who violate our terms.
Glowgramm may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
Glowgramm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from use of our platform, including but not limited to booking disputes, product issues, or interactions with other users. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
